In SNOW, Installed SaaS integration plugins and created an Adobe integration profile (with the details provided from the Adobe service account).
When I run the scheduled job: SAM - Import User Subscriptions, it has created software subscriptions records but Publisher, Product, Version, Edition, and Last activity fields are empty. And Display name is populated with a subscription identifier.
Have anyone faced this issue?
Any help greatly appreciated, Thanks in advance.

Hi,
the subscription identifiers you are using are not yet included/known in SAMP's content database.
- please check the current status of the content up to date (Workspace > Software Asset Analytics > Normalization and Content), if not update and run the import again
- open support ticket at ServiceNow to report the corresponding identifiers, if you can already determine which applications it is in the Adobe portal, you can provide this information
- If possible, enable "Opt-In Content Service" to automatically submit unknown identifiers to the content team.

Hi Dennis,
Thanks for your reply.
1. Adobe integration is working in one of the SNOW instance whereas it's not working when I try to implement the same on UAT instance.
2. I don't see workspace module in both the instances.
Thanks,
Harini

Hi,
1. Could you please compare "samp_sw_unrecognized_subscription_identifier.list" and "samp_sw_subscription.list" between DEV and UAT - grouped by "subscription identifier" to verify that the missing identifiers are mapped in the other instances.
2. for non San Diego instances, pls go to Software Asset > Overview and selecting Normalization and Content Service from the dashboard list. Normalization and Content Service dashboard (servicenow.com) The "Last updated on" should be the same for all your instances.
Best, Dennis
