Adobe publisher pack doesn't bring in complete data

In SNOW, Installed SaaS integration plugins and created an Adobe integration profile (with the details provided from the Adobe service account).

When I run the scheduled job: SAM - Import User Subscriptions, it has created software subscriptions records but Publisher, Product, Version, Edition, and Last activity fields are empty. And Display name is populated with a subscription identifier.

Have anyone faced this issue?

Thanks for your reply.

1. In DEV,when i compared "samp_sw_unrecognized_subscription_identifier.list" and "samp_sw_subscription.list", i can see records in "samp_sw_unrecognized_subscription_identifier.list". 

In UAT, when i compared there are no records in "samp_sw_unrecognized_subscription_identifier.list". 

2. Normalization and content service dashboard, "Last updated on" is not the same in DEV & UAT.

Is there any possibility to fix this without opting for "Opt-In Content Service" (to automatically submit unknown identifiers to the content team)?
