Hi,
We created an integration profile for Adobe to bring subscription data in last week, and it works well but just wanted to know Scheduled job 'SAM - Import User Subscriptions' runs on each Friday will bring historic data or only last seven days data.
In Adobe total subscription is more than 5K but in ServiceNow it is showing near 100.
Is anyone faced this issue, Do we need to import historical subscription data manually.
Thanks in advance,
Shekhar

Hi,
The subscription data in ServiceNow should match what is in the Adobe portal. It's possible that the project you've created in the Adobe Admin console is tied to a different Adobe account (with fewer licenses). You should use the admin account tied to the overall Adobe account profile (with more than 5k subscriptions). On the upper right-hand corner, there is a drop-down to choose the account:
Once integration is setup (with the correct Adobe account), it should pull all the subscription data from Adobe to ServiceNow.
Thanks,
Engelica

Hello @Shekhar Navhak1,
the user subscription data imported by the job 'SAM - Import User Subscriptions', is "live data".
At the time of import, all users assigned in the portal are imported. There is no historical data, it is always the current state of the assignments in the portal that is imported.
Can you share an anonymized abstract of your user subscription table (SAMP Workspace) - preferably grouped by software models to get an overview of the products that are mapped in the tool?
Best, Dennis
