Agent client collector-OSQUERY comes with ACC in bundle

Hi, 

I downloaded ACC and osquery.msi separately to fetch assign_to and last usage of Software for software remediation action.

I want to understand license implications on downloading osquery as a software on local machine (EUC). Is there any license associated with Osquery? 

I can see osquery software as license software and non complaint under SAM license workbench.
