Dear experts,
I am facing a problem where I have put in a value already but still shows an error listed that I did not put in any value, I have tried putting integer and percentage and change to count and put in a number it still shows the same error as below. Please advise. I have multiple bugs like this after my import update sets from another environment. What should I do now to address to this problems.

Is it a simple 'mandatory' field, or do you have all kinds of logic on it to validate it as well?
You say this happens after you move it to a different instance: what didn't you capture in the update set that you do have on the source, but now isn't on the target?
Please mark any helpful or correct solutions as such. That helps others find their solutions.

This is the indicator form in the workspace view, I copied the form view from the default view, and this happens, how do I undo the changes? Maybe its because of this that it did not capture the numbers I have keyed in.
