Hi Team,
Would need help to understand the difference between Asset Lite functionalities available with base ITSM vs the dedicated ITAM - SAM pro and HAM Pro
Since for many small companies with less than 5 to 10k assets, proposing the dedicated SAM and HAM modules might not make sense, main focus from clients is to populate and track the software, hardware assets, attributes and their status and generating reports and dashboards.
Can this all be achieved via 3rd party tools integrations with Asset Lite and through customizations?
please share your point of views and what critical features we might miss without dedicated HAM & SAM for small scale clients

Hi @Naresh Reddy P,
if I remember correctly then Asset Lite doesn't provide Workspace and neither normalisation and reconciliation processes. It has basic model for assets and synchronisation with CIs, available mobile app but only for viewing.
The SAM/HAM Pro offer the whole package.
I guess this is very difficult to give you and advice, perhaps it would be better to talk to ServiceNow directly.
Usually there is a dedicated person in each company for such agendas like subscriptions, licences or new products. I believe if they ask ServiceNow directly it will be better answered.
