Autodesk Flex Token Compliance Management

Within my company, we have a lot of Autodesk users.

Unfortunately, there is no (standard) integration between Autodesk and ServiceNow, so we have to work with exports and imports.

We have users that use some of the Autodesk products very often. They have a standard named user license assigned (for AutoCAD or the AEC Collection).

And for users that use one or more of the Autodesk products every now and then, we use the Flex Tokens.

What I want to achieve is that I can report users that have Autodesk products installed without them having an allocation for those products.

I don't want ServiceNow to suggest optimizations. A user may only have AutoCAD installed with a flex token subscription. It is not (always) better to have a named user licence for AutoCAD in these cases.

The problem I am facing is that ServiceNow is suggesting a license based on the best match with a software model and not based on the availability of an allocation.

So if I have a user with a Flex Token subscription and only an AutoCAD installation, I am happy with that and I don't want ServiceNow to tell me that an allocation for AutoCAD is needed and that the Flex token allocation is allocated but not used.

How should I set this up?
