Autodesk Fusion

Hi All

We have subscriptions for Autodesk Fusion and, as there is no direct Integration for Autodesk, we manually export user data from the Autodesk Portal and do a Load Data of the users who have been assigned to Fusion into the Software Subscription table.

The user subscription data is successfully loaded and we do a reconciliation but entitlement isn't being reconciled to the Users showing in the sw subscription table.

The correct SW Model for Autodesk Fusion and the correct Publisher, Autodesk, is showing in the SW Subscription table however while the product is called Fusion when you click on it the Publisher it is pointing to is not Autodesk. It is another publisher who has a product called Fusion.

I've tried creating the entitlement with one of the PPNs in ServiceNow for Autodesk Fusion but that didn't make any difference and the problem remained. Has anyone else experienced this? Thanks

Hi @Karen54 ,

please Share a few screenshots and the PPN you’re using to validate in our own instances. Thanks, Dennis

Hi @Karen54 have you allocated the Users to the entitlement, also can you check the remidation options if you have the option to create allocation option there?
