Can't Find Reconciliation for SAM Pro

I probably shouldn't be asking this after a long day, but for some reason Software Asset > Reconciliation is missing from our DEV instance with all of the basic SAM PRO plugins installed.

Maybe I'm looking in the wrong area of the jobs, but was reviewing the DOCs at https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/orlando-software-asset-management/page/product/software-asset-man...

Did you recently upgrade dev and enable the software workspace?  Most things moved off the left nav and into the "workspace"

I also suspect that SAM Workspace has been installed which would deactivate the modules accessible from the filter navigator list. If so you get to Reconciliation from the SAM Workspace. You can also get a system administrator to reactivate the Reconciliation module (and any other SAM module) so that you access it as you did previously in addition to accessing it from SAM Workspace.

Thank you both for the quick responses.  I knew I was working too late.

Not sure why I didn't find the Workspace suggestion in the DOCs.

Personally, not a fan of ServiceNow moving things out of the Navigator to only exist in Workspaces.  It's annoying when trying to find something.

We're struggling to warm up to the new workspaces too:-). We're finding any new fields/functionality is only getting added to the workspace UI.  For example when creating subscription based SW entitlements there is a new field in Rome called Subscription period (Monthly, Quarterly, Annually, Entire Subscriptoion Period.  It only displays on the form when viewing entitlements in the workspace view and is required field for subscriptions.

Seperate topic, but ServiceNow also forgot to add this new field to the import bulk entitlements feature too, so every import errors where there is an entitlement that requires the new field to be completed.
