Can we add SLAs to removal candidates in SAM ? if yes how will they work for removal candidates ?

Hi @Community Alums  but I am able to see TASK SLAs option to create new SLAs ? arent this relevant ?

Can try creating a SLA from the related list and check once.

@kiran kumar m1, as mentioned by Sandeep, you can link a reclamation candidate to a task and the task can be linked to SLA, but this relationship has no impact on the reclamation candidate/process itself. If you want to use any SLA features on a reclamation candidate level, you've to establish the logic by your self.

 

Isn't SLA reporting at the task level not sufficient if each RC is linked to a task?
