I have a query , when data comes into software installation table from service now discovery, it uses IRE method  to avoid duplicate data into the table , similarly if the desktop software data is coming from SG-SCCM or Intune into software installation table, how the data comes into the table , how it avoids duplicacy , what fields are used as coalesce ?

Hi @kiran kumar m1,

please check the following documentation about SG-SCCM - Service Graph Connector for Microsoft SCCM (3.6.0).

SG-SCCM is using IRE, as SG-Connectors are covered by ServiceNow to ensure best data quality and fit into the data model. As soon you've installed the SG-SCCM in your DEV environment you're able to check the different Transform Maps about identification, data import, removals, ...

Hope this helps. Best, Dennis
