cant create an entitlement in SAM Version Washington. IS this a known bug?

please check if the plugin "SAM Playbooks and Guided Setup" is installed/up2date.
If it is up2date, please raise a ServiceNow case to get this issue fixed the ServiceNow support.

I had a client with the same issue when activating the workspace following the platform upgrade. Production environment missed several script includes that were present when we upgraded the lower environments.
The entitlement creation modal needs a script include 'PlaybookDomainUtils.' We exported / imported the script as xml to fix the issue.
