Hello - I am seeing a peculiar issue in our instance where child & (sometimes) drivers are showing up in the License Usage workbench. It is my understand that these should be ignored during reconciliation. In addition, it is NOT ALL drivers/child products, just a random subset.
From my investigation - there is no logical connection why these should be here. These products are all normalized in the discovery model table and are listed as "child" products.
None of these products have Software Models and are not a suite child of any Software Model. I have validated this through cmdb_m2m_suite_model table.
Has anyone encountered this issue? Where else should I look to track down root cause?
In the screenshot provided, it is from the samp_product_result table, these are mostly applications installed alongside MacOS, which should not be factored into compliance.
