Adobe Sign license metric update and monitor

Hello All,

We are facing issue on license for Adobe Sign product, and the entitlement is having only user subscriptions (alongside per user, and per device). However, the actual agreement is Transactional licensing program (LTP) and the license metric is per number of transactions, no matter how many users. 

How to record this in ServiceNow for the entitlements and how this will affected the reconciliation, as it is based transaction count consumption for the product.

 

Any suggestion for this product will be really helpful.
