I've set up a simple Discovery schedule to discover a number of Windows desktops and laptops. When I look at some of the results, the CI's are created but some of them have no software installations, while others do. All of them have running processes populated. I can see that the Windows - Installed Software probe has been run on a sample device via looking in the queue logs, and that it has returned data related to the software installed. I've checked for warning and error logs but nothing sticks out.
I'm not sure where to go from here so any help appreciated.

School boy error on my part. In the configuration console I had the Windows software filter for patches, hotfixes and security updates as inclusions rather than exclusions.
