does all the publisher packs (6)  will be activated and installed along the SAM pro plugin ?

We are implementing SAM for a customer for only two publisher Microsoft and Adobe , I need to install SAM pro plugin , My query is if I install SAM pro plugin , does all the publisher packs (6)  will be activated and installed along the SAM pro plugin ? 

or do I have a option to only install the specific publisher packs that I want ?

Hi @kiran kumar m1,

 

since Xanadu, ServiceNow offers only one option to activate SAM Pro - Components installed with Software Asset Management Professional.

 

  • Activate all Software Asset Management Professional plugins including Software Asset Workspace

    com.sn_samp_master_ws

 

The answer is yes, all publisher packs will be installed.

Hi @kiran kumar m1 ,

 

ServiceNow provides more and more core apps as store plugins. This allows a permanently update without dependencies to a platform upgrade.
