I am relatively new to SAM. maybe a stupid question, just wanted to ask
does any license entitlement automatically fetches or get the user data with SAM pro subscription like in-built integration or something?
For example, I have adobe license and around 50 users are assigned to this license subscription. If I have SAM Pro subscription enabled in the instance, does any OOTB integration is available to fetch the details of 50 subscribed users?

No, SAMP does not automatically pull the assigned users from Adobe just because you enabled it.
To integrate with Adobe Cloud, follow the steps from the documentation: Integrating with Adobe Cloud
