Duplicate DMAP

Hello All,

In my production instance, there are a lot of duplicates DMAP with same number created. Some of them were created in 2022 and some of them were created in 2024. How it is possible as when we click on new button to create a DMAP, the DMAP number is automatically populated by system. Then how system populated the existing DMAP number.

 

Please help!
