Hi Team,
I'm facing an issue with the email integration between ServiceNow and an external email account using the POP method. The connection has been established successfully, and initially, everything was working as expected. For the first 3–4 emails, ServiceNow was able to receive and process them correctly.
However, when I started sending multiple emails (e.g., 10 at a time), only one email is being processed and shown in ServiceNow, even though the connection status remains successful.
Could you please help me identify what might be causing this issue?
