Entitlement import status stuck in processing

Hi,

 

We uploaded a completed entitlement import template to SAM Pro and the import status has been stuck in "processing" for 48 hours now. 

 

I have not found anything about this happening. 

 

This is occurring in our DEV environment. Any ideas to get this to go through?

Hi Krister,

 

We opened a ticket with NowSupport. This was the response from support: it appears this is a known defect PRB1742027. This is fixed store app Asset Management Common v11.0.0 version. Expected to be available later in the year."

 

They provided us with a workaround that I'm unsure will work for you (it included a script for our instance) so I would probably open a ticket with them as well. 

 

Part of the issue seems to have come from the template you download for entitlement imports, it looks to have contained fields that should not have been on there.

 

From support:  those fields were intended to be for specific plugin versions, but were added accidentally. PRB1742027 would address this in future releases so there should not be any issues when Procurement module.
