entitlements and licenses data for SaaS products

Experts , for microsoft entitlements/licenses , there is MLS or standard import options to import in Software asset managment professional .

 

Similarly , for SaaS products like salesforce crm , after completing the direct integration and getting the software models and the subscriptions in servicenow . What is the license structure , software conttracts for salesforce crm and how do we add the pricing , licensing information in servicenow , has anyone created entitlements for salesforce crm in sam pro and any suggestions.

The process is analogous to the entitlement onboarding of e.g. on-premise products – template upload or manual creation in the workspace (https://www.servicenow.com/docs/bundle/xanadu-it-asset-management/page/product/software-asset-manage...)

 

Price details, active rights and other details are part of the entitlement (as you should already know from other products). Contracts can be created in the contract table (ast_contract) and linked to software entitlements.
