Entra ID data via alternative source

Within SAM Pro, we would like to make use of the data in Entra ID.

I am familiar with the existing intregration (Integrating with Azure AD), but our company does not allow direct integrations.

The data from Entra ID can be shared with a central data lake out of which we can pull data into ServiceNow.

Is there experience in making use of the SSO integration profiles within SAM Pro in such a situation?

Hi @JoostHofstede,

Unfortunately, I don't have any experience in this area, but these two options come to mind:

• Simulate the SSO Azure AD integration in a PDI to get an overview about all relevant tables and data objects. Based on this, you could try to map the data based on import sets into the correct tables
• Rebuild the Azure AD Spoke to match your data lake structure
