We need to disable the Flexera Integration and uses SAM OOTB functionality .To start with this we are analyzing all the customizations of Flexera in our instance .We have found the Business Application of FLexera in the cmdb_ci_business_app.Does changing the status of application to retired in cmdb_ci_business_app disables the entire Flexera Integration related things.

Hi @Devika
An Application Service does not automatically retire when its parent Business Application is retired.
But you should go for retire to avoid CMDB bloat and inaccurate reporting.

Hi @Devika
- Navigate to System Scheduler > Scheduled Jobs.
- Search for jobs containing "Flexera" and deactivate them.
- Navigate to System Import Sets > Transform Maps and disable any Flexera-related maps.
Take any data backup if needed.
- Navigate to System Applications > Applications.
- Locate the Flexera Integration application.
- Click Uninstall from related link
