I am in the process of setting up the Smartsheet integration. The application owner for Smartsheet that we are working with has asked a couple of questions which I do not know the answer to. Would anyone here, who may have already set this up, know the answers? See questions below:
- I am wondering whether we require firewall traffic to be allowed to this product host api.smartsheet.com ?
- Do we require firewall traffic to be allowed to webhooks.smartsheet.com ?
- Are we required to enable Auto-User Provisioning in order for the API connection to work ?
If anyone is able to help, that would fantastic. Failing that I will open a support ticket with SN themselves. If they are able to answer I will reply to my post with the answers to assist anyone who may have the same questions in the future.
