Getting consumption of Oracle Option Packs

Hello Everyone,

We have implemented Software Asset Management publisher pack for Oracle and installed Data Collection for Oracle Global Licensing and Advisory Services successfully. However, I am still unable to see the consumption for management packs (Diagnostic Pack& Tuning Pack). Is there a specific place to see the consumption?

My recommendation is to run Discovery on a CI which has the Oracle DB/DB Option installed and see what Discovery patterns run and whether or not there are any errors.

Here is the link to SN tech docs for Oracle DB Discovery.  This will need to be done by the team who manages your ITOM, NOT your SAM Pro team.
