HAM Pro activation

What is the criteria and setup process to activate HAM Pro plugin? Is it device based license or any other? I need complete information about his.

Hi there,

The ServiceNow Community is not a good place to ask about licensing. Licensing can differ per customer, discounts, per version, etc.. Also, what has been mentioned a month ago, could well be outdated.
