How can I get annual entitlements on a multi year contract to show in renewal calendar?

We have a multi year contract with associated assets which are annual subscription entitlements.  The entitlements aren't showing on the renewal calendar, I think because the contract is not up for renewal, even though the entitlements are.  What do I need to do to have the expiring entitlements show on the renewal calendar?

Hi @Melissa Osnick,

I can confirm the issue you mentioned and would consider this to be a bug. As soon as an entitlement is linked with a “Software License” contract and is about to expire, it no longer appears in the Renewal overview of the calendar. In my test, it didn't matter whether the contract was still valid or would soon expire (tested with Xanadu)

 

Can you please open a case with support and keep us informed?

Per ServiceNow support, this is working as intended.  Their only suggestion was to submit a request to have that considered for future improvements to the system.
