We want to pull entitlements from SAP ECC and S4HANA into ServiceNow SAM Pro. And we want to use free spokes.
- To establish integration between ServiceNow and SAP, is this the video I need to follow?
What confuses me is that it means Source-to-Pay. Is Source-to-Pay a different module ? Is it something we need to have installed in our systems before I follow the video in the doc?
Does that mean we have to install Source-to-Pay Operations just to be able to integrate with SAP S4HANA and ECC?

2) At 0:35 of the above video, you can see that they probably have purchased sn_sap_s4_hana_rfc and sn_sap_ecc_rfc_spo. These 2 are paid-for spokes. Are there any free ones?

Hi @entcenginee,
I would recommend to build a integration based on a standard data source/transform map and connect to a SAP API endpoint or report. This solution is flexible in case of value transformation, data mapping and it's for free.
To get a better understanding about such a procurement intrgration, please take a look into the new supported ServiceNow SAM Pro - Coupa integration as part of Integrating with external procurement applications
Best, Dennis
