How can I add a resource in SPM Project Management? I am currently receiving the following error message.

Please find the troubleshooting information regarding common errors encountered during resource assignments:

Issue 1: Resource Assignment Error

Error:
Resource assignment cannot be created or updated because Paul Martin (Project Manager) is not available.

Troubleshooting:

• Verify user exist in Employee Profile table
• Verify that the user has the pps_resource role.

Resolution:

• Created a record in the sn_employee_profile table for the user.

Issue 2: Group Resource Assignment Error

Error:
Resource assignment cannot be created for a group without any primary users.

Resolution:

• Updated the Primary Resource Group field in the Employee Profile (sn_employee_profile) record.
