How SAM Pro treating software installs that has "false" Active install?

Hello,

 

I would like to know the SAM Pro will still pick those software installs that has false Active install status when computing the Software Compliance report? Thanks!

Hi @KarloMarkM,

all install records with "Active Install = FALSE" are excluded from the reconciliation process and data is not included into the results.
