Oracle database options and packs visibility in sampro

Hello all,

we have recently enabled SAMPro Plugin and publishers packs.

Where can i see the oracle database, packs and option in SAMPro. or what configurations or steps we need to follow to have the above data available in the respective tables

Hi @PriyankaAng,

the second step is to enable you ITOM Discovery to scan all Oracle related devices to get the details based on the Oracle GLAS scripts - Oracle Global License Advisory Services (GLAS) data collection

Please reach out to your discovery/infrastucture team to setup and enable the additional oracle scanning.

Based on this, a weekly SAMP job will import and process the Oracle installs, option and packs data for SAMP.
