How to delete entitlement in SAMpro

Hello Experts,

I need to delete entitlements in SAMPro module and I have been given sam-admin role by my customer. When I select records to be deleted in table view I see the delete option greyed out. See attached. What can we /sys admin do to enable this feature for me.

Check what ACL are on the table for Delete operation.

You need to be a ServiceNow Security Admin to do this.

Do you have the Security Admin role?

ACLs are Acces Controls that govern what table/data/fields users can perform CRUD Operations on.

I checked and if you have the SAM Admin Role you should be able to delete entitlement.
