Source request button on the sourcing request task for hardware asset refresh opens a blank page

I submitted a "Hardware asset refresh" request which opened a sourcing catalog task . When I click on "source request" button it opens a blank page not showing how many items to be sourced or the transfer and vendor purchase options. This is working fine when I open the sourcing request task as part of "Stock Order request"

Hello, without knowing about your environment (do you have HAM Pro installed etc.) it may be better to open a support ticket. With the appropriate HAM plugins installed and the assets configured it should look like this:

We do have HAM pro installed . The source request button works fine and shows up similar to your screen shot when used with other OOTB flows like the Stock order or Hardware order request . However, it shows a blank screen when the task is created as part of the OOTB  Hardware asset refresh catalog item.

That seems to be unexpected behavior, so I would recommend going the support route for the team to investigate.

I am facing exactly same issue

Source task is working absolutely fine as a OOTB workflow but showing blank page on being called through flow designer
