How to fetch total cost field in contract record an

Hi,

I need to fetch total cost field from selected contract record in my catalog item and auto populate that fetched total cost value into cost variable (single line text)

Chandana,

My thoughts on this relate to the system locale of the user. It's possible that the contract value in the cataogue item (e.g. Euro) is in a different currency to the value (e.g. US dollars) in the contract record.

If the country set up in your sys_user record is a country where Euro is the currency, then this will display in the catalogue item.
