Hi @avinash1289
- Navigate to the list view (e.g., Incident, Change) you want to modify.
- Switch to the Default view by clicking the view context menu in the top left corner (View > Default view).
- Right-click on any column header in the list.
- Select Configure > List Layout.
- Move the required fields into the Selected column to add or rearrange them for all users.
- Click Save
