Hi @avinash1289 

 

 

  • Navigate to the list view (e.g., Incident, Change) you want to modify.
  • Switch to the Default view by clicking the view context menu in the top left corner (View > Default view).
  • Right-click on any column header in the list.
  • Select Configure > List Layout.

  • Move the required fields into the Selected column to add or rearrange them for all users.
  • Click Save
