Hi.
If what I know is right, users can configure their personal list layout that shows the columns that they want to watch.
What I want to do is that I configure list layout of all users by default before they configure it.
How can I configure this default layout?
And, is it possible to include this tasks in update set?

Right click on any column header and select configure List Layout and select the required fields. It will be applicable to all and is captured in update set

Hi there,
You would just change the list layout itself. What user personally can do, is "personalize" the list lay-out, which is stored as individual user preference.
If you want to reset those user preferences, you would need to filter and delete them from the user preferences table.
If my answer helped you in any way, please then mark it as helpful.
Kind regards,
Mark
