How to send incident email notification to the owner of Application service in service mapping.

Hi All,

Do we have any OOB feature to send email notification to the OWNED BY user  of any SERVICE MAP in Service mapping. I have checked by creating one incident on window server CI, which is part of one application service map and I could not see any email triggered for OWNED BY user of service map its sends email to for incident only.

How can we achieve these?

After the Service Mapping administrator maps IT services and fixes errors in them, the administrator and the owner collaborate to review and approve the service maps. The review and approval process is available only for discovered and manually created application services.
