How to change my header background color even tho I have put in the values in the UI16

Dear experts,

I am facing a problem where I can change my UI Banner image but not the colors of the background and others even tho I alr selected the desire colors that I want for each cateogry in Basic Configuration UI 16. How can I do so?

Do you have Next Experience activated? Check on the themes there. If not, clear the cache and maybe log out and back in again.
