In Windows devices we are discovering .exe files as installations for an instance with SAM Pro. There are two in the same device that are identical in all the fields (like the discovery model). Is there a way to distinguish them, maybe by the full path?

File path isn't something that is brought into ServiceNow. Could it be that the software installs are just duplicates from different sources? In later releases ServiceNow has introduced deduplication jobs. See if both of the installs have install active flag = true
