I need a relationship between cmdb_sam_sw_install (Software installations) and sam_sw_product_lifecycle(software Product lifecycle) table to build Data base view)

If you are using Datavase Views (https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/rome-platform-administration/page/use/reporting/task/c_CreatingDatabaseViews.html), you should use the Software Model table which will show up in both Software Installs and Lifecycle.

I dont see Software model in both the tables. please look into below screeshots.

Depending on your business requriements you may find the data in the sam_sw_product_lifecycle_report table to meet your needs.  ServiceNow already has a report that combines the usual information that Software Asset Managers are often looking for.
