Import multiple User Allocations from an Excel file

I opened the Entitlement Import template and see this. I want to ask where I could find the Update Template. 

I'm trying to upload multiple User Allocations (to User Allocations table), not entitlement.

Hello ThuDunongN,

For the update template, open the "alm_entitlement_user" table and right click and select "Import"

Choose the update option and select "Create Excel Template"

You can then download the template and update it as required and then import is again.
