We have JAMF integration in our enviornment where we import the software data from JAMf into servicenow. We have some import schedulers and data source. But it seems like the imports are not inserting the data into target table.
For example, we have JAMF software usage import, which will be importing the software usage data into SAMP_sw_usage table. It is importing the data from data source but not transforming the data into the target table. We have 1800_ rows with pending state into import set. Someof them have state as processed but i did not find that records into target table.
Anyone has any idea?
