Hello SNow Experts,
My team is trying to explore the use of Software Asset Management in one of our Sub-prod instances. I'm trying to integrate with our O365 environment, but, I don't seem to have the option to select it as an integration profile:
Google searching isn't giving me much for results. I've made sure to go to the store and request the "Software Asset Management Professional for Microsoft" plugin. I've tried going and repairing all of my Software Asset Management plugins, including the base "Software Asset Management" plugin and the "Software Asset Management - SaaS License Management" plugin.
Does anyone have any other ideas before I try opening a support ticket?

I ended up opening a support ticket and working with ServiceNow, they gave me an xml file to upload for the missing "sys_wizard_answer" and I was able to proceed with my setup.
Thanks for the suggestion.

Hi,
looks like your "Microsoft Publisher Pack" is missing. As already mentioned by you, the publisher pack can't be installed as a store app. Did you got any feedback from ServiceNow support about the status of the publisher pack installation?
To ensure all features are installed, you could also request the following plugin to be installed/re-installed:
Activate all Software Asset Management Professional plugins including Software Asset Workspace
