Importing Entitlement data

Can somebody please clarify the following question:

Creation of a template can help facilitate future data imports and be reused to import and transform data.
(a) True
(b) False

I suppose is (a) true, but as is recommended to download the existing template it might be false.
https://docs.servicenow.com/en-US/bundle/utah-it-service-management/page/product/software-asset-mana...

or instead could be also (a) True, as you can use Transform maps to facilitate any import of software entitlement data in a bulk mode.

If somebody can please clarify the right answer.

Thanks.

Thanks Sandeep, I can confirm that is (b) false, after reading the sentence from below. My biggest concern is that the CIS-SAM exam is designed to fail and make you pay for two more attempts, it requires a 70% of valid answers and at least a 30% of them are not clear unless you know the question and search through pdf documents.

The message found in the pdf:
The spreadsheet should not be modified. If the spreadsheet is modified
(columns added or removed) this error will be the result, and the entire
import set should be deleted, and fixed before re-import.
Important note: If the original datasource is programmatically creating the
import spreadsheet based on the template, but not originating from the
template, this error will always occur for reference fields such as License
type even if the string value is identical to what would be in the reference
field. The correct way of doing this is to programmatically open the
existing template provided by ServiceNow and inserting the content, rather
than creating the template based on the field structure provided.

Sorry, but I still don't understand why you think it's FALSE ?
