Importing groups from Adobe Admin Console

I am currently working on our SAM implementation with Adobe. I can retrieve the individual user information, but I need to pull the user group information. I was wondering if anyone has found a way to automatically do this.
Possibly through the Group API, but I'm not sure and just need a lead.

not as part of the integration itself, but if your company managed the group assignments via AD/Azure groups you could use this as source.
