Software asset workspace unavailable on PDI

Hi All, 
Tried to activate SAM Pro and plugins few times, looking at the instance I see that SAM Pro is installed as it has all the tables, that come with SAM Pro. Other  workspaces are working well...
See screens attached.
Any clues where to look for a repair?

It seems that you need to install Software Asset Management Playbooks.
