Install Condition Null on SW Model

Hi All

I've noticed some SW Models have Install Condition Null and I don't know what has caused that as I haven't amended or created any install condition on that SW Model.

Where this happens, any entitlement or installs do not reconcile and so are non compliant even if there is entitlement to cover them.

Has anyone experienced this please? I'm not doing anything that I'm aware of to cause this, and it happens intermittently, on both SW Models I have created and also system generated SW Models that I have added entitlement to (ie not made any other amendments apart from adding entitlement). Thanks

Hi, no never seen this before. Are you able to reproduce it, if yes - raise case.

 

for all others, remove the NULL and enable some tracking/report or audit log for a period of time to this field.

Its very odd. When you open the SW Model up there is no Install Condition showing. You can only see the Null in the list view of SW Models and then you cant remove Null as get a message see below. I'll raise a HI ticket and let you know the outcom
