I have created suit for Microsoft windows , making Microsoft enterprise E5 as parent , after running the reconcilition , I observed that few installation are being shown under microsoft windows on license usage ? It should be shown under M365 E5 but those installations are being shown under Microsoft windows ? these installations are normalised.
I observed the thing all the installations under microsoft windows , have no entitlement ? if there is no entitlement does it not gets synced with suite products?
It is saying install without entitlement, but i have entitlements for M365 E5 which is a suite parent for windows

Hi @kiran kumar m1,
Microsoft 365 Enterprise E5 includes "Windows 11 Enterprise" as suite component and W11 Ent. covers downgrade rights for older Windows versions and editions. Based on this it is not required and recommended to create this suite component relationship.
Microsoft Microsoft 365 Enterprise E5 -> Microsoft Windows Enterprise E5 -> Microsoft Windows 11 Enterprise
What I can see and this is maybe the root cause - all mentioned installs are not fully normalized to a Discovery Model including Edition/Version. Based on the screenshot we can see "Windows Any Edition/Version" and Software Installation "Windows". Please check these records and normalize or fix any discovery issues to get all required details. I would recommend to remove you added suite relationship and fix the mentioned issues to allow the system to work as intended.
Best, Dennis
