integration with dropbox - refresh tokens not generated

I am currently looking into the dropbox integration with Servicenow for SAM. When somebody with an admin access in dropbox clicks on get oauth token in servicenow, it only generates an access token and no refresh token is generated. My opinion is that there should be a refresh token also generated so that daily scheduled jobs run without any issues.
Is that how it works for dropbox i.e. with only access token?
