Integration with multiple Jira sites for SAM

Hi,

We are trying to integrate Servicenow with Jira for Software Asset Management. Servicenow can integrate with one Jira site only as explained in their document here : https://www.servicenow.com/docs/bundle/xanadu-it-asset-management/page/product/software-asset-manage...

 

How can i integrate multiple sites since we are an Atlassian enterprise org with Servicenow?

Hi @sagrawal,

did you already tried the proposed solution with "credential alias" as mentioned on the page you've shared.?
